1Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to bos86. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "User Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter "User", "Player", "You", or "Your") and bos86 (hereinafter "bos86", "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"), governing your access to and use of our online betting, casino, and gaming services available at https://bos86.cam and any associated mobile applications or platforms.

Refers to the personal user account created by the Player on the bos86 platform, which is required to access betting services, place wagers, and manage funds.

2.2 Balance

The total amount of funds available in your Account at any given time, including deposited funds, winnings, bonuses, and any other credits, minus withdrawals and placed bets.

2.3 Bet or Wager

Any stake placed by the Player on a sporting event, casino game, slot game, or any other gaming product offered by bos86, in accordance with the specific rules and odds associated with that product.

2.4 Bonus

Promotional funds, free bets, free spins, cashback, or any other form of promotional credit offered by bos86 to Players, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements as outlined in the applicable promotion.

2.5 Deposit

The transfer of funds by the Player into their bos86 Account using one of the approved payment methods, for the purpose of placing bets or participating in gaming activities.

2.6 KYC (Know Your Customer)

The identity verification process required by bos86 to confirm the Player's identity, age, and residency status, typically involving submission of government-issued identification documents such as Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk).

2.7 Withdrawal

The transfer of funds from the Player's bos86 Account to the Player's designated bank account or e-wallet, subject to verification requirements and any applicable processing times.

3Eligibility Requirements

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account, access our services, or place any bet on bos86. Online gambling is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 21. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you meet this age requirement. bos86 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory verification will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

Our services are primarily intended for residents of Indonesia. You must be physically located within Indonesia when accessing our platform and placing bets. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law is strictly forbidden. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of bos86 complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction of residence.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You represent and warrant that you are not legally prohibited from gambling, have not been excluded or self-excluded from gambling services, and are not acting on behalf of any third party when using our services.

3.4 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one Account with bos86. Creating multiple accounts, operating duplicate accounts, or using accounts registered in another person's name is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any Player found to be operating multiple accounts will have all accounts immediately closed, and any funds, winnings, and bonuses will be forfeited.

3.5 Prohibited Persons

The following individuals are prohibited from using bos86 services: (a) employees, directors, agents, consultants, or affiliates of bos86 or its business partners; (b) family members of any such persons; (c) individuals who have been previously banned or excluded from our platform; (d) individuals with insider knowledge or professional advantage in any sporting event or game offered by bos86; and (e) individuals acting as agents or intermediaries for third parties.

4Account Registration and Management

4.1 Registration Process

To create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. All information provided during registration must match the details on your government-issued identification documents. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You agree to notify bos86 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bos86 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. You must provide requested documents within 14 days of the request. Failure to complete verification may result in account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or account closure. We may use third-party verification services to confirm your identity.

4.4 Account Suspension and Closure

bos86 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, violated responsible gaming policies, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our platform. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding forfeited funds) will be returned to you after verification, subject to deduction of any outstanding obligations.

5Deposits and Account Funding

5.1 Approved Payment Methods

bos86 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (including but not limited to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, and Bank Permata) and approved e-wallet services (including but not limited to OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Rupiah). Maximum deposit limits may vary based on your account status, payment method, and applicable regulations. VIP tier members may have higher deposit limits. Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be applied for responsible gaming purposes.

5.3 Source of Funds

All funds deposited into your bos86 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. You represent and warrant that all deposited funds are obtained from legitimate sources and are not derived from illegal or fraudulent activities. bos86 reserves the right to investigate the source of deposited funds and to request supporting documentation at any time.

5.4 Processing Time

Deposits made via Indonesian bank transfer or e-wallet are typically processed instantly and reflected in your account balance immediately. In rare cases where processing delays occur due to technical issues or banking intermediaries, funds will be credited within 24 hours. If you do not receive your deposit within this timeframe, please contact our customer support team.

5.5 Deposit Fees

bos86 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control and are your sole responsibility.

6Withdrawals and Payouts

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

You may request a withdrawal of funds from your account balance at any time, provided that (a) your account has been fully verified through our KYC process; (b) there are no active bonuses subject to wagering requirements in your account; (c) you have met any applicable wagering requirements on deposited funds; and (d) your account is in good standing with no breaches of these Terms.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed manually for security purposes. Most withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are completed within 2-5 minutes during peak hours (09:00-21:00 WIB, Western Indonesia Time). Requests made outside peak hours may take up to 24 hours to process. Withdrawals to e-wallets may take slightly longer depending on the provider's processing times.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal limits are as follows: Rp 100,000,000 per day for standard accounts. VIP tier members may have increased limits. Withdrawals exceeding these limits may be processed in multiple installments over several days.

6.4 Withdrawal Method Requirements

Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name, matching the name on your bos86 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. For security and anti-money-laundering compliance, your first withdrawal must be made using the same payment method used for your deposit whenever possible.

6.5 Withdrawal Verification

bos86 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals. We may request additional documentation including proof of identity, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation. Withdrawals may be delayed pending completion of such verification.

6.6 Withdrawal Fees

bos86 does not charge any fees for withdrawal processing. However, your receiving bank or payment provider may deduct their own processing fees from the transferred amount, which are beyond our control.

7Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and promotional offers provided by bos86 are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated in the promotional material. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms of any bonus before claiming it. Bonus terms include but are not limited to: eligibility requirements, minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits while bonus is active, game contribution percentages, time limits for completion, and maximum withdrawable amounts.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as rollover or playthrough requirements) which specify the amount you must wager before bonus funds or winnings generated from bonus funds become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both, as specified in the promotion terms. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, sports betting 100%, while certain live casino games may contribute at reduced percentages.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to manipulate or abuse bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated betting with other players to guarantee winnings, exploiting game errors or platform glitches, or any other form of bonus abuse, will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings, account closure, and possible legal action.

7.4 Opting Out

You may choose to opt out of receiving bonuses at any time by contacting customer support. If you wish to play with deposited funds only without any bonus restrictions, you can decline bonus offers during the deposit process. Once a bonus has been claimed and wagering has commenced, it cannot be cancelled without forfeiting the bonus and any associated winnings.

8Betting Rules and Game Play

8.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are accepted and settled according to the rules specific to each game type, sport, and market. General rules, sport-specific rules, and individual market rules are available on our website and take precedence in case of any conflict with these general Terms. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by our system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or voided except in cases of obvious error or as otherwise provided in the specific game rules.

8.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, all bets are settled based on the official result of the event as determined by the relevant governing body. If an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise stated in the sport-specific rules. Asian Handicap bets, Over/Under markets, and other specialty markets follow industry-standard settlement rules. We reserve the right to void bets if we reasonably believe there has been match-fixing, manipulation, or any irregular activity affecting the integrity of the event.

8.3 Live Betting

For live in-play betting, odds are updated in real-time based on match events. Due to the nature of live betting, there may be brief delays between bet placement and acceptance. We reserve the right to reject bets if odds have changed significantly, if there has been a material event in the match (such as a goal scored), or for any other reason. You accept that odds and available markets may change rapidly during live events.

8.4 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games and slots use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to ensure fair and random outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for each game and represent the theoretical long-term payout rate. Game rules, paytables, and special features are available within each game. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

9Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

Creating or operating multiple accounts or using accounts registered in names other than your own
Making deposits from bank accounts or payment methods not registered in your name
Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or other forms of cooperation with other players to gain unfair advantage
Using automated betting software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets
Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical glitches in our platform or games
Engaging in arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or any form of advantage play that violates the spirit of fair gaming
Using VPN, proxy servers, or other methods to disguise your location
Money laundering or using our platform to transfer funds for illegal purposes
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
Hacking, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or interfering with the proper functioning of our systems
Abusing customer support staff or engaging in harassment, threats, or inappropriate behavior

Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and potential legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bos86's total liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to your use of our services shall be limited to the amount of funds in your account balance at the time the claim arose, or Rp 10,000,000 (ten million Rupiah), whichever is lower.

11.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless bos86, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of any law, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12Dispute Resolution

12.1 Customer Complaints

If you have any complaint or dispute regarding our services, you must first contact our customer support team by email or live chat. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter amicably within 14 days of receiving your complaint. You agree to provide all necessary information and documentation to assist in the resolution process.

12.2 Final Decision

In the event that we are unable to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution, bos86's decision shall be final and binding on all matters relating to bet settlement, bonus terms interpretation, account closure decisions, and other disputes arising from your use of our services, except where such decision would be contrary to applicable law.

12.3 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and industry best practices. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of bos86 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.

13General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and bos86 regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.3 Assignment

13.4 Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provision, nor shall any waiver constitute a continuing waiver unless otherwise expressly provided in writing.
